Foncia Consult Chairperson,
General Manager and Co-founder

In 2009, Aline Kheirallah co-founded Foncia Consult, building on her proven skills and in-depth insight into the Lebanese real estate market. Kheirallah launched her marketing career in the electronics retail sector, but then shifted her focus to real estate. Since 1995, Kheirallah has worked on independent real estate projects for the hospitality industry (Carlton Hotel and Mövenpick) and at esteemed real estate companies such as Prime Estates, Prime Realty, and Mouawad Business Associates. Over the years she has amassed significant experience in business development, marketing and sales.

Partner and Co-founder

Eliane Kreidy has over 20 years of professional real estate experience in administration and sales. Before launching Foncia Consult, she worked at Les Entreprises Belles, Prime Estates, Prime Realty, and Care Group. She is known for her analytical mind in addition to her solid decision-making, organizational and leadership skills. A proven project manager, sales administrator and marketer, Kreidy has substantial experience in real estate.

TAL AL GHAZAL

Tal Al Ghazal is a 1,200,000 m² hill that extends from the New Bsalim Road above the center of Jal El Dib, all the way up to the Bsalim power station round about. Foncia Consult worked on a community planning index.

Primavera ($12 million)

A residential community located in Tal Al Ghazal with 120 apartments, a swimming pool, club house, children playground, and landscaping. Primavera is characterized by the quality of its lifestyle. All units were sold.

Parc Jadev ($10 million)

A residential project in Tal Al Ghazal featuring 50 large homes with a swimming pool, club house, children playground, and landscaping. Its villa-like architecture gives residents independence and a community lifestyle at the same time. All units were sold.

The Country Lodge ($9 million)

This country club in the middle of a pine forest in Tal Al Ghazal boasts tennis and squash courts, swimming pools, and mini-golf.

The Atrium ($35 million)

This 15,000 m² office building in Beirut Central District marked Foncia Consult’s first contract with Solidere. 100% was sold or rented.

PARK VIEW REALTY ($50 million)

A luxurious residential and commercial project in Beirut Central District, overlooking a splendid marina and a 72,000 m² park reserved as “green space”. This project is designed with the latest technologies to provide an unparalleled level of comfort and privacy found nowhere else. 100% was sold.

A splendid union of three residential buildings with outstanding architecture in the most prestigious area of Beirut Central District, adjacent to the Marina Corniche. Surrounded by public gardens, this project neighbours the most renowned hotels in Beirut and is walking distance from the new Beirut Marina. 100% was sold.

Cedar & Pine ($12 million)

An artistic conversion. Two old houses were combined into a small office building in Wadi Abou Jamil with traditional galleries and fenestration. The façade is finished with traditional paint. 100% was sold.

Foch Residence ($12 million)

A luxury residential and commercial project in the area of Foch, facing Beirut Harbour, Beirut Central District. It is considered as one of the key projects that defined the future urban and architectural character of this unique neighbourhood. 100% was sold.
